Layaway Terms and Conditions:
Establish your Layaway account conveniently over the phone or in-store. To secure your items, an initial payment of at least 50% of the purchase price is required. Please note that all payments made towards layaway items are non-refundable, without any exceptions.
The duration of the layaway period is 90 days from the original date. If you need an extension, feel free to contact us to request one. All payments, including shipping costs, must be received on or before the 90-day deadline to retain your merchandise.
Once your layaway is completed, you cannot make changes to the ordered item, including its size or color. For any inquiries or further information, please don't hesitate to call Cogic Church Suits.
In the event of a layaway cancellation, there are no deposits refunded for holding the item.
